By centralising Oman’s oil and gas investments with a single leadership team, the Company pursues improved resilience and stronger project development and delivery, operational excellence, and marketing and financing capabilities, thereby creating a platform for sustained and resilient profitability centered around an optimised energy company. Credit ratings: Fitch assigns OQ’s Senior Unsecured Notes Programme a final ‘BBB-’ rating with a stable outlook, and OQ’s Standalone Credit Profile (SCP) ‘bbb-’. S&P Global has assigned OQ a Long-Term Issuer Default Rating of ‘BBB-’ on a global scale and ‘gcAA-’ on the GCC regional scale, with a stable outlook. In May 2021, OQ established its inaugural Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) Programme; first notes were executed on 6 May 2021 for USD 750 million, 7-year tenor at 5.125%.
